Position: Sales Manager
Job Objective:  Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market. Manages sales of the company’s products and services in within a defined geographic area, province or country and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.
Job Descriptions:

    * Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with Managing Director.
    * Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products.
    * Reviews progress of sales roles throughout the company.
    * Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
    * Provides quarterly results assessments of sales staff’s productivity.
    * Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
    * Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures.
    * Collaborates with Managing Director to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.
    * Plan, organize and control your sales staffs to meet objectives
    * Holds regular meeting with sales staff.
    * Prepare sale report to General Manger or Director
    * Report daily to head department or relevant management
    * Other duties as assigned

Job Specifications:

    * Bachelor degree in Sale, Marketing or related field
    * At least 2-3 years experience in sale management
    * Excellent sales and negotiation skills
    * Good planning and organizational skills
    * Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
    * Willingness to travel and work in provinces and a global team of professionals
    * Excellence command in English
    * Good Computer skill (Word, Excel, Presentation…)
    * Honest, hard working, self-motivated and creative, able to work under pressure and time flexible.
