Job Duties

• Conduct in-line and final product inspections and provide solutions to solve quality issue
• Production Inspection and Follow-up
• Sample Inspections
• Technical Supports
• Production Control
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management

To qualify for this role, you should have experience with American and European customers and good understanding of QA Knowledge, Manufacturing Knowledge and Material
Knowledge
Degree in High school/Technical Training and Bachelor Degree.
Basic English comprehension is preferred as well as computer literate is requires.
Chinese speaking is plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Organize project estimation tasks based on the baseline and professional solutions that business departments and financial departments provide, support in making sales decisions and achieving business opportunities and operating targets.
  • Formulate project budgets based on project estimation results and project delivery plan, ensure that budgets are approved, and design, break down, and achieve project operating targets/KPIs.
  • Manage the revenue, costs, expenses, inventories, and ARs of the project, dynamically monitor and be directly responsible for achieving the KPIs.
  • Formulate and issue project accounting rules and finance management regulations based on corporate accounting policies and project accounting methods, project type, and business model to guide and standardize the operating activities of the project.
  • Manage project accounting data, push relevant people to resolve data issues, provide timely and accurate project financial reports that can support project delivery management.
  • Create a favorable business control (BC) environment for the project, and organize CTs and SACAs for financial processes at the project level.
  • Promote and implement corporate financial policies, processes and provide relevant training to ensure that the project conforms to statutory or regulatory requirements.
  • Processes and regulations that the PFC shall adhere to when fulfilling the above responsibilities are: Formulating Project Finance Management Plan and Regulations on Reporting Significant Project Risks and Issues.
  • As the financial representative of the project team, help the project manager and customer finance personnel of the account department in establishing communication channels and resolving project financial problems.
  • Representing the Finance Management Team on the project, the project finance controller shall help the project team resolve problems in cash advance management, reimbursement, supplier payment, and advance payment to support project operations.
  • Coordinate with professional departments of the Finance Management Team to provide support for the project.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 3 year working experience of senior financial management in a large company, with comprehensive understanding in budget plans, cost management and financial analysis. Relevant experience in famous telecommunication companies or the experience in large projects (such as water conservancy projects, capital projects, tunnel projects etc.) is definite plus;
  • Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines, preferably with financial management experience in a multinational company;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and be able to bear challenges; Logical thinking;
  • Excellent command of English in works;
  • Proficiency of Chinese language skills will be an added advantage

  • Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Knowledge of financial and accounting software applications
