Online is currently seeking: Marketing Manager
Requirements:

• University degree in the field of Marketing. An advanced degree is a plus.
• Good understanding of marketing concept and creative ideas.
• Experience of dealing directly with designers and suppliers.
• Three years experience in management.
• Good strategic marketing background.
• Demonstrated success in profitably growing an industrial business.
• Good leadership and people management skills.
• Willing to work under pressure and good team working skills.
• Self driven and highly motivated individuals are most preferred.
• Possess excellent written, spoken and presentation skills in English.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives
• Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future
• products.
• Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities
• Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products
• Manage the productivity and delivery of the marketing plans and projects
• Monitor and report on all marketing activity and results
• Work with the Commercial Manager to develop annual budget, based on business plans, to fit in with the business planning cycle
• Deliver marketing activity within approved budget
• Up-date competitor activities
• Manage the coordination with media and advertising
• Annual marketing planning and product development processes
